I've been training with Vlad since the autumn of 2022. In 11 months of training, I managed to complete two levels in deep water and move to B level of Advanced.

What level of ability do I need to join the Intermediate swimming lessons?

You should be comfortable swimming 25 m nonstop with basic strokes. We start focusing on refinement, efficiency, and adding stamina.

Most intermediates reach this milestone within 6–12 focused sessions, depending on frequency and effort.

Absolutely. These lessons strengthen breathing rhythm, pacing, and endurance—critical for open-water and multi‑stroke formats.

Yes—like all Win and Swim classes, Intermediate sessions are delivered in fluent English by experienced, certified coaches.

Just a swimsuit, towel, and optional goggles. We provide kickboards, pull buoys, and other tools to support your technique practice.
