What You Will Learn
- Calm Breathing
Learn simple breathing patterns and grounding cues that stop panic before it escalates. You’ll practice controlled exhaling in the water so you can stay calm in shallow water and reset quickly if anxiety spikes.
- Floating & Buoyancy
Build trust in your body’s natural buoyancy with supported back floating, front floating, and relaxed body position. This is the foundation for water safety and for feeling steady instead of tense.
- Face in the Water
If you struggle with water on your face or putting your head under water, we train it gradually. You’ll practice wet-face tolerance, bubbles, nose/mouth submersion, and breath timing
- Building Confidence
Confidence comes from small wins. We progress from the pool edge to deeper water at your pace, adding skills like controlled movement away from the wall and staying calm when you can’t stand.
